Shipping: At TuNix we offer both standard and overnight shipping.
Returns/Exchanges: It important to us that you love your TuNix. We are happy to accept returns provided that you contact us at tunixcollection@yahoo.com within 5 days of receiving your TuNix. We will then authorize the return and must receive it within 7 days of that authorization date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
If a return authorization is not obtained prior to returning the garment, $15 will be subtracted from your refund amount as a restocking fee.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, please send your merchandise using a method of shipping that can be tracked and, ideally, insured.
Upon receipt of returned goods, TuNix reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Refunds: TuNix will refund the original form of payment. We will not refund shipping and handling charges. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Exceptions: No returns will be accepted on sale merchandise or discontinued sample items. These products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
